Michael Ding / German Vargas / Dan Mabe
German Vargas is the Co-Founder at Top Fleet GPS and Chief Technology Officer. He has a
strong background in vehicle engineering, fleet maintenance, and system integrations. Over the
years, he has worked directly with telematics hardware, installations, and fleet platforms,
building practical solutions that support day-to-day operations. His experience in vehicle
integrations and fleet technology gives him a clear understanding of the challenges companies
face and the tools that can make their work more efficient. At TopFleet GPS, he focuses on
creating reliable fleet management solutions while helping businesses prepare for the future of
technology in transportation and logistics.
Driven by a passion for IoT innovation, GPS hardware, and fleet analytics, I continuously explore advancements in wireless communication, edge computing, and telematics technology to enhance reliability and provide businesses with actionable, real-time insights into their assets.
Michael Ding, a Stanford-trained computer science and AI researcher, founded Bobyard to tackle critical challenges in the landscape construction industry. During his time in school, Michael identified a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and one of the most essential yet overlooked sectors in construction. Driven by his vision, he decided to drop out of Stanford to found Bobyard, bringing together a world-class team of AI engineers and industry veterans. Together, they’re building solutions to help contractors work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Dan Mabe – Founder of the American Green Zone Alliance (AGZA), comes from the gas-powered landscape maintenance industry. Seeking a more sustainable way to operate lawn and garden equipment, Dan has devoted nearly sixteen years developing and applying battery technology for the grounds maintenance industry.
To further the acceptance of cleaner battery powered technologies, Dan created and implemented the American Green Zone Alliance “Green Zone” certification program which includes outreach, training, and impact reporting. AGZA works with Cities, Towns, Academia, Landscape Maintenance Companies, Contractors, and Air Quality Management Agencies providing sustainable grounds maintenance education and consultation.
