Seminar Description:
The seminar will review the tools available to the irrigation water manager to set and achieve the sites water management goals. Open lines of communication between the property owner, designer, installer, maintenance, and irrigation personnel are crucial to achieving these goals. Tools in the water managers toolbox include design review, water budgets, site data collection, water audits, site walk-throughs, repairs, adjustments, system upgrades, reviewing logs, water use reporting, and controller programming.

1. Understand the dynamics of property owner, designer, installer, maintenance, and irrigation personnel relationships and communication
2. Discuss the process of calculating water budgets and water-saving system upgrades
