Delphine Pruitt
Delphine Pruitt is a transformative leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services, known for advancing inclusive growth and economic empowerment. As Vice President and Business Access Advisor at U.S. Bank, she expands access to capital and drives sustainable growth for small businesses.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Diverse Strategies at Bank of the West and founded Connect The Dots Consultants to help mission-driven organizations accelerate equity and inclusion. At Fannie Mae, she led multicultural strategies generating millions in new revenue, building on her early work as a Rockefeller Foundation Fellow advancing community development.
