Seminar Description:
We will work through a design capacity worksheet that will calculate our design capacity in GPM and our pressure at the point of connection. An estimated of the pressure at the worst point on the project.




Learning Objectives:
1. The importance of knowing how much water you have available.
2. Selecting the proper emission devise based on GPM and pressure.
3. Properly sizing irrigation components on a Landscape project

Bill Millward

Bill comes to us with 40 years of Landscape experience. He got his start working at a landscape wholesale distributor. During this time, he completed two AS degrees at Cuyamaca College in Horticulture and Irrigation. Then accepted a District Sales Manager position with a major manufacture of irrigation equipment working on the East Coast and then later as Specification Manager in California. He then joined a PVC manufacturing company as a Technical Service Manager. From there 13 years as territory manager for a major manufacturer of drip irrigation equipment in southern California. Most recently, Bill accepted a National Sales Manager position for another irrigation manufacture. For the last 15 years he has also taught Principles of Irrigation Design and Drip Irrigation at Mount San Antonio College. Bill has a BS degree in Landscape Irrigation Science from Cal Poly Pomona.
