Christina Oh

Christina Oh is an associate attorney with Construction Law Inc. She helps contractors, material suppliers, owners, and sureties prevent and resolve disputes on construction-related matters. Her practice ranges from drafting and reviewing contracts to litigating and resolving a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, mechanic’s lien and stop payment notice actions. Prior to joining her current firm, Ms. Oh has successfully negotiated over a hundred settlements representing insurance companies. She has trial experience serving as first-chair at the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. Over the course of her career, Ms. Oh has served on litigation teams representing clients in a variety of different matters related to insurance defense and class actions in misleading advertising and consumer safety. Ms. Oh received her J.D., cum laude, from Southwestern Law School, where she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Southwestern Law Review. She was a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Wilner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Carol Rose of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
