Seminar Description:
If you have recently achieved your ISA Arborist credential and need some help with writing Arborist Reports this is the seminar for you! I will go through the entire process, from site visit to submitting your report. Details will be provided on what details to include in your report, formatting, photographs/data to include, and disclaimers to make. Examples will be included from multiple customers to understand how they might vary depending on the assignment.
Learning Objectives:
1. What information should you record and photograph when making site visits.
2. The format that your report should follow.
3. Report submission, including recommendations based on your findings.
Erik Diaz
Erik Diaz has worked in the landscape and tree industry for over twenty years. He managed the landscape maintenance team at the University of Southern California for almost eight years. He has since joined the West Coast Arborists, Inc. team. Erik has a master’s degree in landscape architecture from USC (2016). Erik is also an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Qualified Tree Risk Assessor, and ISA Certified Urban Forest Professional. Additionally, Erik has completed other certifications including Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper, Qualified Pesticide Applicator, Class B Commercial Driver’s License and Native Plant Landscaper. Erik has a small landscape maintenance business which runs 100% electric equipment and is a C-27 and D-49 licensed contractor. He has a special interest in electric landscape tools and
CA native plants.
