Park West's Danny Smith will be sharing with us his smart controller project strategies including project design, material selection, irrigation system hydraulic requirements, customer needs and expectations, and water management objectives. These strategies are imperative to ensure a successful smart controller project and have resulted in real water savings for their clients. Danny will review smart controller manufacturer current offerings, manufacturer-specific technologies, communication types and flow management abilities. This webinar will also include where consolidating controllers, enclosures and even Point of Connections should be considered and other contractor tricks that can reduce project costs, increase water savings and ensure the property is getting the most out of their investment.

Danny Smith
Danny Smith is the Director of Water Management at Park West Companies. Park West specializes the landscape maintenance of homeowner associations, hospitality and specialty projects throughout Southern California, Northern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Danny holds many certifications through the Irrigation Association and California Landscape Contractors Association and is involved in many organizations and associations promoting Irrigation and Water Management. Danny currently operates a team of eight water management professionals who proactively manage nearly 400 properties with respects to plant and irrigation material selection, drip conversions, water conservation projects, smart controller implementation and rebate programs.
