Plastisol coated steel makes this ideal for any climate. Richly tinted TopCoat powder coating encapsulates plastisol and steel against the elements and provides a high gloss finish that won't fade, peel, chip, crack, mold or mildew. Prior to the application of TopCoat, plastisol is permanently heat fused to primed, heavy-duty steel, creating an impervious rustproof barrier.
