In 2024, prices saw an uptick in the 2x10 market than in any other market. The Department of Commerce delayed the sixth annual review of duties on Canadian softwood lumber.

NAHB is looking for answers to make housing affordable as lumber is an avenue that leads to a housing swing. LASN will continue to monitor the numbers.
