Seminar Description:

This session should help the contractor/designer streamline the sales process in order to help the customer find the perfect system for their needs by asking the right questions. This process in turn helps the customer feel more comfortable and should leave them excited for installation day.

Learning Objectives:
1. Prequalifying your customers by asking the right questions. Budget? Are they selling soon or staying in the house forever? Styles:Modern or traditional? Do they like app based systems they can control from their phone or traditional on/off systems.
2. Helping your customers understand your vision: Most customers dont know what an up/spot light, washer, path light actually do. There are easy ways these days to help them envision your design ideas. Power Point, AI, Night Demos.
3. Making final decisions: It helps the customer to know that this is a flexible system. They can choose all or just a few of the options offered and still still be able to add on later. Which Good, Better, Best system are they interested in(this is usually based on type of material and warranty of the product.
