Seminar Description:
As a landscape maintenance manager, it is important to have a horticultural, arboricultural, soil biology, native plant, or other background. I would argue that people management is just as important if not an even more important. This talk will focus on creating an annual maintenance schedule. It will also focus on balancing the need for knowledge of how to manage plants, trees and turf with how to manage the people who maintain it.

Learning Objectives:
1. Managing a large team
2. Creating a maintenance schedule
3. Explain steps used for reports.
