Wrigley Field sought custom-shaped light poles to decorate its new "The Park at Wrigley" plaza just outside the stadium. The new plaza was to feature three different-sized custom steel poles, which would resemble the I-beams used on the stadium structures. Valmont and Lighting Solutions of Illinois delivered all 16 poles within budget and well before the April 10 deadline, which marked the Cubs' 2017 home opener and the official opening of The Park at Wrigley.
