James R. "Jim" McClain is Senior Vice President – Business Development for AgriBiotic Products, Inc. (ABPI), which internationally markets Agribiotics Microbics with SumaGrow™. The microbe formula was originally developed at Michigan State University and exclusively licensed to BioSoil Enhancers, Inc. of Hattiesburg, MS and distributed by Agribiotic Products, Inc. Jim has worked with farmers and governments internationally in modernizing their agricultural and horticultural practices.

Healthy, beautiful, and hardy flowers and lawns start with healthy soil that contains the right balance of nutrition, organic matter, water, and microbial activity. If the balance is off, flowers and lawns will not thrive. Also, too much dependence on chemical synthetic nutrition can diminish organic activity increasing the need for more fertilizer and water – unnecessary added costs.

Jim has over three decades of business development experience in the food processing and vitamin supplement industries introducing new products that are market staples today. Along the way, Mr. McClain has been an international entrepreneur, consultant, and professor at California State University – Fullerton where he teaches classes in Strategic Management and International Strategy. In 2017, he authored and published Strategy Demystified – A Leadership, Values, and Culture Approach.
