Webinar Description:
The seasonal and cyclical nature of grounds management industries make it difficult to recruit, hire and retain enough workers at any given time. When extended labor shortages are created by unforeseen events such as a pandemic, landscape employers must consider more novel sources of grounds workers such as temp staffing agencies. Not all staffing agencies are created equal, however, and determining which agency is a “best fit” for your company is akin to hiring the best candidate for a specific job.

Learning Objectives:
1. Describe a best-fit staffing agency for your company.
2. List 3 important employee benefits that staffing agencies are responsible for.
3. Explain the difference between staffing agency workers and day laborers.
